When does a company go from stupid to just ripping people off well just look at Topline and you can see the evolution for yourself. Topline not only charges in my opinion one of the highest prices for service but so much so it seems designed to try and force you to replace the equipment instead of just repairing which is what most hire them to do.
I have found that this company is dishonest to be nice in many ways if you have issues with this company please post them on the blog and let the owner Sam know how you really feel. The Company has a list of issues let’s go through some of the most obvious.
ü False Advertisements
ü Using unauthorized photos on their web sites and advertisements
ü Deceptive business practices and/or using scare tactics to force customers to buy expensive things that are not necessary.
ü Damaging customer property
ü Unqualified Installers who cannot even read a manual
ü Price Gouging
Misspelling is not the worst issue with this company but if you take the time to read the websites for which Topline has more than I have ever seen for one small company. The spelling and grammar errors shows you just how much this company really cares and how much they miss when working. If you can’t even be bothered to spell check, I wonder what they are missing when the company is diagnosing your equipment? I will have more information coming as my complaints with the Illinois Attorney General and the City of Chicago are processed I will post them all here.
